It was actually mean to be a criticism of the Welsh NHS, but we can use his public confession that they allow the English NHS less funding and charge us more to us it.
We should let his consituents know. The email address for letters to his local paper (Express & Echo) is letters@expressandecho.co.uk
Letter :
Ben Bradshaw's constituents ought to be aware that this week he has boasted that his department allocates lower funding to the English NHS than to the Welsh and Scottish NHS, despite charging us extra for parking, prescriptions, dental & eye checks, etc. Of course this boast was not meant for an English audience, but a Welsh one.
At a time when our cancer patients are being denied equal access to life and sight saving drugs, Mr Bradshaw's constituents should aks themselves whether or not he serves their best interests, or is selling them out to further his own career prospects. His boss, Gordon Brown, is famous for signing the Scottish Claim of Right, in which he pledges always to put Scotland's interests first and foremost.
Whilst we cannot vote out England's self-styled First Minister for sticking to that pledge, we can hold his minions to account and that includes Mr Bradshaw. It's time they were held to account and demanded equal rights to life in the UK.
Cheers to Dee for this article.

Thanks for the email address - I have sent a similar letter to the newspaper.
I think we should be doing more of this, targetting MPs in English seats and highlighting their voting patterns.
We need to make sure that English voters are aware of what their MPs have done to make their lives miserable!
