Reading statements made by the leaders of many EU countries it would appear that the word NO translates into IGNORE. Considering that all member states are supposedly democracies it is quite obvious that their leaders and MEP's are the opposite. It is time for the government to give up their cloudy version of democracy and allow the people a say in a clear, democratic and honest way. This is NOT asking for a referendum on staying in the EU or not.

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to give the electorate of the U.K. a referendum on all treaties/ constitutions brought forward by the EU . This to include the Lisbon treaty which most member states fail to acknowledge is now dead following the vote in Ireland.
